Each piece is created with care and intention, and we do our best to show you every detail through photos, videos, and descriptions. Our work is small-batch and one-of-a-kind, we've set the following return policy to help protect the integrity of our shop and the time spent creating each item.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer error, or dissatisfaction with size, color, or texture. Please read all descriptions carefully and reach out to our email tresmanosceramica@gmail.com before purchasing if you have any questions — we're happy to help you decide if something is right for you!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at tresmanosceramica@gmail.com with the following:
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the outer box and packaging materials (if possible)
- Your order number
Since each piece is one-of-a-kind, resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to make things right. Depending on availability and the situation, we may offer a replacement or credit. Please don't discard the item or packaging until we've reviewed your message — we may ask for the item to be returned before processing the claim.
General Notes:
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Return request sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
